Task List Bot is a limited test service that turns WhatsApp messages into personal tasks and reminders.

Information processed

The service processes your WhatsApp identifier and phone number, profile display name, messages sent to the bot, task titles and due dates, task status, preferences, consent records, and limited technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide the task-list experience, deliver requested replies and reminders, prevent duplicate processing, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service from misuse. Personal information is not sold or used for advertising.

Service providers

Messages are transmitted through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. Application data is hosted on Oracle Cloud infrastructure. These providers process data as needed to deliver their services.

Retention and deletion

Test data is retained while the service is being evaluated or until deletion is requested. Follow the data-deletion instructions to request removal.

Security and scope

Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but this is a test service. Do not send passwords, payment details, medical information, government identifiers, or other sensitive content to the bot.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the test becomes a production service. The effective date above will change when material updates are made.
